Given this actual fact, I’ve wondered if this latest attack on a helpless piece of concrete isn’t the social commentary of a graff-art tagger from the south-side of Anchorage. The pieces of his collection he is leaving around the area are consistently being removed, or maybe the cat simply ate the seahorse, and is now giving us a hearty belch… Speaking of which, I wonder if the Cat Taggers have defeated the Seahorse Taggers…
